About

Foinse works by introduction.

Collection viewings are private and by appointment. We work with a small number of collectors at any given time, and we do not publish prices, sales records or client names.

01 — Intent

Why Foinse exists

Foinse was founded to give collectors a single, considered point of access to contemporary Irish art — without the noise of fairs, online marketplaces or transactional gallery relationships.

We believe building a collection is a long, slow act of attention. Our work is to make that attention possible.

02 — Approach

How we work

  1. i.
    Conversation

Every engagement begins with an unhurried private conversation about taste, intent and existing holdings.

  2. ii.
    Research

We assemble a tailored shortlist of artists and works drawn from the Foinse roster and from beyond it.

  3. iii.
    Viewing

Work is viewed privately — in the studio, in the collector's home, or at the Foinse office in Dublin.

  4. iv.
    Acquisition & stewardship

We manage the acquisition end to end and remain available for stewardship, lending and resale advice.

03 — Practice note

Foinse does not represent artists exclusively. We work alongside their galleries, never around them.
